1. Contact billing support

Payments are processed through our authorized payment service providers. For billing help, contact deniz@amorax.space. Please contact us first so we can review and resolve billing issues before you open a payment dispute.

2. What to include

• Account email or username.
• Transaction date and approximate time.
• Amount and currency.
• Payment method or reference from our authorized payment service providers.
• Issue description, screenshots, or checkout/order reference if available.

3. Subscription cancellation

If subscriptions are active on your account, you can cancel at any time via Account Settings, by contacting support, or through our authorized payment service providers. Cancellation stops future renewal where applicable and does not automatically refund prior access periods or consumed digital content.
