Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and AMORA X, registered at Dumlupınar Mahallesi, Fındık Sokak, No: 5B, 16240 Nilüfer / Bursa, Türkiye ("AMORA X", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or otherwise using any part of the service (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Content Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

The Service is an interactive AI character studio, virtual companion, and creative storytelling platform featuring fictional AI personas. Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase subscriptions.

• By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
• You must not allow any minor to access or use your account.
• We may request age verification where appropriate. Accounts we reasonably believe are operated by a minor will be suspended or terminated.

To use certain features you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us immediately at deniz@amorax.space if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. You may hold only one account unless we expressly permit otherwise.

All characters, personas, profiles, dialogues, voices, images and videos on the Service are 100% artificially generated and entirely fictional. No real human being is depicted, and no real person is communicating with you through a companion. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. All fictional personas are depicted as, and must be treated as, adults aged 18 or older.

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or inappropriate. Companion messages are for entertainment only and do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. You should not rely on them for any important decision.

AMORA X maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards the following content. You must not generate, request, prompt for, describe, upload, share or attempt to obtain, by any means (including role-play, "hypothetical" framing or attempts to bypass filters):

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind, or any sexual or sexualized content involving minors.
• Underage depictions, including characters described, portrayed or implied to be under 18, "age-play", school-age scenarios or childlike characteristics in a sexual context.
• Incest or sexual content involving family members, including step-relations.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including rape, sexual assault, coercion, blackmail, hypnosis or mind-control, sleep, or intoxication/drugging, or any scenario in which a participant cannot or does not consent.
• Bestiality or any sexual content involving animals.
• Violence, including sexual violence, gore, torture, mutilation, snuff, self-harm promotion or threats of harm.
• Deepfakes and real-person likeness: any content that depicts, imitates or references the name, face, body, voice or likeness of a real person, whether a celebrity, public figure or private individual, including uploaded photos of real people.
• Human trafficking, prostitution or escort solicitation, exploitation, illegal drugs, terrorism, hate speech, or any other content that is illegal in Türkiye, the European Union, the United States or your jurisdiction.

Where we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we will preserve the relevant data and report it to the competent authorities and organizations (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant national hotline), as required by law.

Automated prompt moderation filters are active on all text prompts, chat messages, image and media generation requests and uploads. Requests that match prohibited categories are blocked before any content is generated, and generated output is subject to additional automated and human review.

Any attempt to generate, request or upload prohibited content, or to evade or circumvent our moderation systems, results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any remaining credits or subscription time without refund, and, where appropriate, a report to law enforcement. We may also block the associated payment details and devices from future use of the Service.

Anyone (whether or not a registered user) can report content they believe violates these Terms or the law, including content that may depict a real person without consent, by using the in-app report tools, the Contact & Support form (subject "Content Report / Takedown") or by email to deniz@amorax.space. Please include the URL or a description of the content, the reason for the report and your contact details.

Every reported violation is reviewed and, where it breaches these Terms or applicable law, removed within 24 hours of receipt. Reports concerning possible minors, non-consensual content or real-person likeness are prioritized and the content is disabled while under review. If you believe content was removed in error, you may appeal by replying to our decision email; appeals are reviewed by a person.

In addition to the prohibitions above, you agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or to harass or threaten anyone;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl or overload the Service, or interfere with its security or moderation systems;
• resell, redistribute or publicly publish generated content in a way that breaches these Terms;
• use payment methods you are not authorized to use or engage in chargeback fraud;
• create accounts by automated means or impersonate any person or entity.

Some features require a paid subscription or the purchase of digital credits (tokens). Prices, billing frequency and what each plan includes are shown clearly before you confirm your purchase.

• Payment processing. Card payments are processed by our authorized payment service providers. Your card statement may show the billing descriptor identified at checkout or on your receipt. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via Account Settings, by emailing deniz@amorax.space, or through our authorized payment service providers using the support link in your purchase confirmation email. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• Credits are a closed-loop, non-transferable licence to use digital features on AMORA X. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money and cannot be used outside the Service.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos and the fictional companion characters, is owned by or licensed to AMORA X and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your private, non-commercial entertainment.

You retain any rights you have in the text you submit. You grant AMORA X a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and use your inputs solely to operate, moderate, secure and improve the Service. Content generated for you may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms. You must not use any content in a way that suggests it depicts a real person.

You may close your account at any time from Account Settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a payment partner, or to protect users, third parties or the Service. Violations of Sections 2, 5 or 6 result in immediate termination without refund. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMORA X disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will be accurate or meet your expectations. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMORA X and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to AMORA X in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMORA X from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa, Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that allow you to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect legal, regulatory or service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
